About us
The Founding Directors commenced their career in law from humble beginnings and formed part of a large family of 10 siblings. Hailing from undereducated, values-oriented, and highly altruistic parents with modest means, four siblings studied law at the same time. After working in other industries for years, Abdullah and Aasiyah’s sheer sacrifice, stubborn consistency, and ethic of hard work, helped them through law school.
They did not only work in law firms, but established, directed, expanded law firms, served on multiple bank panels, and paid back and forward to their communities. In some parts of the Western Cape, their names are household names; not surprisingly, leadership within their field was a natural by-product of their hard-earned degrees in law. They have the settled serenity and maturity to resolve challenging legal cases with a smile.
Company History
SALIE & SALIE INC. has offices in Crawford and Mitchells Plain in the Western Cape with an established correspondent network in each province. This ensures that we are able to provide all clients with the best service anywhere in the country. Our practice is focused on certain fields of law, with our expertise and experience focused on property law, civil litigation and estate matters.
Our Founding Directors are siblings who know how to treat clients as family. We consider ourselves as a family business. We provide a one stop shop to our client’s legal needs. One goal is to take customer service to a new level and ensure that client come back to us.
Mission Statement and Philosophy
We strive to deliver the best service to all our clients. We have an open-door policy. Our professional team and support staff will be behind our clients all the way. We undertake to provide clients with regular feedback on their transactions and notify clients via SMS and Emails.
We also regularly provide telephonic updates. All our clients receive an access code to monitor progress of their specific transaction. Thus, ensuring that we have well informed clients all of the time.
We recruit only experienced personnel, because we believe that with the right staff and motivated office support we can achieve the best outcome. Regular refresher training and updates on technology stimulates efficiency and productivity. It motivates people to perform at their best
