Abdullah worked closely with Gustav (manager), Anita Bellini, Shami Roberts, Gavin Europa, Gavin Harley, Rowena Webb and all the other SA Homeloans consultants. Abdullah also assisted SA Homeloans consultants with introducing them to key estate agents, mortgage originator and property developers. They also marketed together in order to grow their respective client base.
ABSA ,STANDARD BANK, FNB, NEDBANK and ALBARAKA BANK
Abdullah also served on the panels of all the major financial institutions including ALBARAKA, FNB, ABSA, NEDBANK, MERCANTILE and STANDARD BANK
In 2013 Abdullah received the award for the best performing attorney on the ABSA Panel. Abdullah also received a gold award for submitting the most new business (bond instructions) to ABSA BANK.
Abdullah also received several awards from the other institutions including but not limited to the TOP PERFORMER AWARD for attorneys on the attorney panel.
Abdullah also became a lead provider to NEDBANK COMMERCIAL. He introduced Developers to the bank, which later on resulted in the NEDBANK providing development finance to the property developer.

Ayaz Camroodien heads this department and is a specialist in this field. He assists the developers with structuring opportunities and implementation of agreements. We currently service some established developers. Our service includes initiating joint ventures, drafting of joint venture agreements, negotiating on behalf of interested parties, mitigating financial risk, making developers aware of the banks compliance requirements, securing end user finance and sourcing land for development. We also communicate with COUNCIL and ensure that our requirements are met within turnaround times. We appoint service providers to assist with engineering services and building requirements.
